Mrs. Wu Xianglan is the General Manager of Shanghai Answer Consulting Co., Ltd. She has over 25 years of work & learning experience both domestically and internationally, including working as HRD for several multinational corporations in China and as HR Coordinator in North America. She has worked for the Canadian Human Resources Research Association in Toronto, APCO Consulting Co. and Nissan Automotive Finance in China. Her early career also included positions such as Deputy Sales GM in IT companies. Since October 2017, Mrs. Wu has also served as the HR Director and Advisor of Shanghai Adream Foundation. She is also a founding member of the Chief Human Resources Officer Association of Pudong Financial Promotion Association.
Professional experience: Mrs. Wu is skilled in consulting and training on topics of corporate culture, change management, organizational development, strategic human resource management, performance management, and leadership at all levels. As early certified global human resource managers (GPHR) and senior human resource management experts (SHRM-SCP) in China, she is active in professional summits, forums, and lectures, teaching and sharing modern human resource management theories and practical experiences with peers.
Stephanie is currently a senior trainer for Answer Consulting & Pudong Financial Promotion Association Training Institute. She has over 20 years of experience working in multinational Fortune 500 enterprises in finance, retail, and medical machinery industries, including Senior HRD at Siemens Healthiness in Greater China, CHRO of Lotus, retail sector of CP Group, HRD of the Armstrong International and HRD of Greater China at Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals in China.
Stephanie has also served as the Executive Director of the Human Resources Association of Multinational Original Pharmaceutical Enterprises and the President of the HR Association of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai.
Professional experience: In 2000, Stephanie was awarded the “Best Personnel Manager of the Year” in the Chinese HR Annual Awards. Since becoming a certified SHRM lecturer in China, Mrs. Liu has been active in professional summits, forums, and lectures, teaching and sharing modern HRM theory and practical experience with peers, especially in talent development, organizational development, organizational culture, change management, and strategic management. Eva is currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Microway (Shanghai) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. She has extensive experience in HRM across various industries, including machinery manufacturing, petrochemicals, and medical devices. She has led human resources work in various countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific area (including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc.). Her areas of expertise include: compensation and benefits, cross-cultural communication, and organizational structure design.
